To register as “Student”, a copy of a valid student card is required.

Accompanying persons shall not be allowed to present papers.

Presentation of papers may be done via online connection using Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Online presenters may register at a reduced fee discounted by DKK 500. Online presenters will not be able to follow the sessions.

One registered participant may present up to four papers.
The registration fee for attendees includes:

Unlimited access to the sessions (subject to COVID regulations);

One copy of the digital Proceedings;

Certificate of attendance;

The registration fee and any associated fee such as accommodation should be settled within 7 days from the registration date. In case of non-payment, the Organizer reserves the right to admit the registration or cancel the registration and accommodation without any further notice.
The registration can be cancelled according to following terms:

Until 1 April, 2022: Full payment deducted a cancellation fee of DKK 250 will be refunded

From 1 April, 2022: No refund will be made

The hotel accommodation can be cancelled according to following terms:

Until 1 April, 2022: Full payment deducted a cancellation fee of DKK 250 will be refunded

Until 1 June July, 2022: No refund of paid deposit will be made

From 1 June, 2022: Payment of all booked and confirmed nights applies.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference in full until Friday, 1 April, 2022. In the unlikely event of cancellation any paid fee including accommodation booked through DIS Congress Service will be reimbursed in full.
